Grapes Variety : 100% Grenacha
Colour : light and bright with golden shines
Nose : fruity (apple, pear), spicy (thym), nuts aromas
Palate : well balanced between freshness and amplitude in mouth, very round and
pleasant feeling brought by the oak.
Process : Stalks taken off, direct juice extraction, cold maceration, traditional
burgandy method of vinification, in oak on the lees, with French barrils coming
from Condrieu. Maturation for 7 months.
